This is a first in a series for entrepreneurs who want a truly practical everyday answer to streaming video and online advertising – what’s the best way to do it and how does it work in the real world?
First, let me reveal that I am a producer of Vivint Home Security Packages USA and online advertisements. I’ve been doing online advertising and streaming video tours for local businesses in Perth, Western Australia for about three years, since gaining film and television experience. In my experience, there is a steep learning curve and a methodology that is specific to streaming video, not only in terms of technical or production, but also in terms of business and marketing uses.
If you’re like me, you’ve probably googled video streaming and how it works. And there are some very good articles.
But many focus on aspects that, while somewhat relevant, are not directly related to the concerns of entrepreneurs who simply want to know the best way to add video to their websites. A typical selection of articles focuses on the trend of larger video streaming in relation to a global or national user base. You know what I’m talking about and so on. Others will talk about technology issues: servers, formats, deployment models, etc.
All of this is good and valuable information. But if you’re a small or medium-sized business owner, you might be interested in learning how it works on a local level. That is, how to do it, what’s the best way to do it, and what’s the best way to optimize your video once it’s created? I hope I can give you some tips that will help you if you want to go down this interesting path. I’m going to break this down into areas, starting with the first decision on how to proceed to the streaming path.
Who Do I Need to Produce My Video Stream?
This can depend on the level of presentation you want for your video. In general, I never advise operators to go the DIY route. I know you expect this from a video producer, but yeah. Why? Because more often than not, the final product is gibberish whose total value is the least novelty. Here I say it. I’m sorry if that offended you. This is not just a technical problem. To some extent, if your final video is very fun and engaging, casual viewers will receive a less than professional picture or sound quality. But that’s very rare and also why a lot of people selling those DIY video streaming Xfinity Packages 2022 joke around and try to make fun of you. That’s great for simple video blogs, but not enough for online advertising.
